Sure, there are times maintenance personnel feel helpless as they have to wait until the next morning to talk to someone who knows their system or technology. This results in hours of expensive machine downtime, even if the problem is immediately resolved the next morning! This is a large loss in production and money for most companies! Have you ever had these types of problems on a Friday night or Saturday or Sunday? Monday morning can seem like a long time away when there are problems and your system is down! Elite Support solves this problem for our clients by providing 24/7 support contracts. The out of hours support is manned by highly skilled professional engineers who are knowledgeable on most industrial automation and process control equipment. No need for you to wait a day or a weekend to get help! Elite can help you get the problem solved as soon as it occurs, thereby saving you unnecessary downtime and money!
A dedicated contact number is provided allowing contact with the on call support engineer. This engineer has the authority to discuss via the telephone or attend your site. This is available 24/7 365 days a year. Our support department understands that down time is critical and it is important to have a system back in operation quickly.
An escalation contact is also provided should the on-call engineer is unavailable. The engineer providing escalation is always a senior member of the Elite operations team and has the authority to dispatch a second support engineer or indeed attend your site in person if required.
If you feel that you do not have the need for a support contract, you may not have a time critical operation or simply and are happy to wait until a highly qualified support engineer is available, then this is the option for you. Simply call Elite Support and we will respond on a best endeavor basis. The support engineer who talks to you or visits you is the same, the level of competency is the same and the backup service is the same, only the time scales and costs are different.
As part of any support contract, Elite can provide bonded stock held either at your site, in our support facility or at the manufacturers local facility. The on call support engineer has the authority to obtain these parts from the storage locations and bring or ship them to your site.
Elite strongly recommends that customers hold critical spares on-site.
Depth and breadth of experience are invaluable for audits and assessments. Elite Support can carry these out on existing plant and machinery. In some cases this is best performed by close examination of the plant and/or as a desk-based exercise. Elite firmly believe that Knowledge Is power! If we have the knowledge of what is in your plant or system, we have a much greater chance of minimising expensive down time. By auditing your system we can gain the knowledge of what exists within your system and in most situations, can obtain backups of software and design drawings/documentation Before we actually need them. Indeed, Elite can provide a secure asset control system Asset Guardian which you can use to store and control all your system documents, software and history allowing you instant access to your asset history.
One of Elite's specialties is custom design and build of control panels. Our experienced engineers have been designing panels from Elite's conception and have more recently entered the area of manufacturing panels either as part of a full turnkey project or for supply to end users or OEMs.
From the simplest control panel to the most complex, Elite offer personalised service, reliability and quality that keep clients coming back time and time again.
Elite use only the best quality components in the design and build process and utilise industry standard tools and software such as AutoCAD both during the design and build.
All panels are designed in-house by highly qualified and motivated engineers to strict quality standards and are 100% tested before leaving our build facility.
Installation and Commissioning performed by Elite provides our customers with a single point of responsibility for an entire system. A highly competent Elite Support Engineer will work closely with both our Project Manager and your Project Manager to insure coordination issues are addressed in project meetings, and carried out in the field.
All Elite Support Engineers are trained, experienced, and have a strong knowledge of Elite's testing procedures and start-up practices. This continuity between design, manufacture, testing, installation and commissioning allows for a streamlined start-up with proper testing and commissioning documentation generated to support any upcoming validation efforts.
